If you cannot complete your normal two-factor verification, focus on account recovery rather than trying to bypass security.
Confirm that your authentication device, time settings and network connection are functioning. Try your original configured verification method.
Use only the backup or recovery steps originally provided by TERA, if any were offered. Not every account has recovery codes.
If recovery is unavailable, contact TERA through its official channels with the account email and a description of the problem. Expect identity verification where applicable.
Never email a live code, account password, recovery phrase or encryption key. Avoid services claiming to bypass 2FA.
Review your security settings, update any compromised credentials and keep account recovery information in a safe place.
