Deleting a TERA account may permanently remove access to files, account information, and associated services.
Before deleting your account, make sure you understand the consequences.
According to TERA's published account recovery policy, files associated with a permanently deleted account cannot be recovered.
You should therefore treat permanent account deletion as an irreversible action.
Download files you want to keep.
Review active file-sharing links.
Check any Workspaces you own.
Review your subscription and billing status.
Confirm that you no longer need the account.
Read the deletion warnings carefully.
Temporary deactivation and permanent deletion are different operations.
If temporary deactivation is available, review the conditions presented in your account before proceeding.
Contact TERA Support and provide the account email address and a description of the issue.
Support can review your request, but restoration of permanently deleted files is not guaranteed and must not be assumed possible.
Keep independent backups of important files before deleting your account.
