Upload files and folders to TERA

You can upload files and folders to TERA Drive via the web app.

On the Web

1. Log in to https://app.trytera.com/drive.

2. Open the folder where you want to upload your files.

3. Click Upload and select Files or Folder.

4. Choose the files or folders from your computer and confirm.

5. Watch the upload progress your files will be available once the upload completes.

On Desktop or Mobile

1. Open the TERA app and navigate to the desired folder.

2. Click or tap Upload.

3. Select the files or folders you want to upload.

4. Confirm and wait for the upload to finish.

Notes

• Make sure you have sufficient available storage; uploads will fail if you exceed your limit.

• Files uploaded by any workspace member count toward the workspace owner's storage.

• Large uploads may take longer depending on your internet connection speed.
