TERA allows you to access your cloud files and download content to your device when needed.
Downloading is useful when you want to work locally, share an offline copy, or retain a separate copy of an important document.
Sign in to your TERA account.
Open TERA Drive or the Workspace containing your file.
Find the file you want to download.
Open the file's available actions.
Select the download option.
Save the file to your device.
The download time depends on the file size and your internet connection.
If someone has shared a file with you, open the shared link or access the file through the relevant Workspace.
Your ability to download the file depends on the permissions assigned to you and any restrictions applied to the shared content.
If multiple-file or folder downloading is available in your current interface, select the relevant items and use the available download action.
Depending on the download method, multiple items may be packaged together.
Check the following:
Your internet connection is stable.
The file is still available.
Your access permissions allow downloading.
The shared link has not expired.
Your device has sufficient free storage.
Your browser is not blocking the download.
If a file is password-protected, enter the correct password before attempting to access it.
Download sensitive files only to devices you trust.
Avoid saving confidential files to shared or public computers.
Remove local copies when they are no longer required.
If the issue continues, contact TERA Support and include the file type, approximate file size, and any error message displayed.
