Before Deleting Your Account

If you no longer want to use TERA, you may be able to permanently delete your account from your account settings.

Before you delete your account

Deleting your account is a permanent action. Before continuing, make sure you understand the following:

• You may lose access to all your files and folders

• Shared links may stop working

• You may lose access to files shared with you through that account

• Your account data may not be recoverable after deletion

If needed, download or back up your important files before deleting your account.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to your TERA account.

2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

3. Go to Account Settings.

4. Select Delete Account or Account Management.

5. Review the information shown on the screen.

6. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

7. Follow any additional verification steps, if required.

Important notes

• Account deletion may be permanent and cannot be undone.

• You may be asked to enter your password to confirm the action.

• If your account is connected to an active subscription, cancel it first if required.

• In some cases, deletion may take time to complete fully across the platform.
