Use the cancellation controls available in your current billing interface or contact the supported billing channel.
Sign in to TERA.
Open billing or subscription management.
Review your active subscription.
Choose the cancellation option if it is offered.
Read the effective date and any loss-of-access warnings.
Confirm and save your cancellation confirmation.
Whether paid access continues through the end of a billing period, and how excess data is handled, depend on the applicable subscription terms. Obtain confirmation before relying on any specific timeline.
Subscription cancellation does not necessarily delete your TERA account. Account deletion is a separate operation with its own consequences.
