Files may be duplicated intentionally or through repeated uploads. TERA file-version history should only be relied upon where a versioning feature is shown in your account.
A duplicate is another stored copy of similar or identical content. Multiple copies may use additional storage and cause confusion.
File versioning is the ability to retain and restore earlier changes to a file. This article does not confirm that TERA currently provides automatic version history.
Use clear file names, organize project folders and check existing files before uploading again.
Search for the original file name.
Compare modified dates and sizes where available.
Check whether an interrupted upload already completed.
Keep the authoritative copy in the agreed project location.
Confirm the file is not referenced in active Workspaces or shared links. Keep appropriate backups of important material.
Review the file actions for a version-history option. If none exists, consult your own backups or contact support; do not assume prior versions can be restored.
