Understanding File Activity and Recent Changes

Activity information can help teams understand what changed and locate recently used files. The exact activity history available depends on TERA features and permissions.

What Is File Activity?

Activity may include uploads, modifications, sharing or deletion events if those events are tracked and exposed in the current product.

Finding Recent Content

Look for Recent, Activity or file metadata in the interface, if available. Sort by time only when that option is supported.

Reviewing a Change

Confirm the file, location, event time and responsible user if those fields are shown. Avoid interpreting missing entries as proof that no action occurred.

Audit History vs. Recent Files

A recent-files list is not necessarily a comprehensive security audit log. Organizations should confirm whether formal logs and retention policies are available.

If You Suspect Unauthorized Changes

Review access permissions and active account sessions, preserve relevant evidence and contact TERA Support.
