Use this guide when expected file changes do not appear across your devices. First identify whether you are using cloud access, manual transfers or an official synchronization client.
Check that an official TERA synchronization tool is installed and supported for your devices. A regular browser session does not necessarily synchronize local folders.
Verify the same account is signed in on the relevant devices, your connection works, and the client is running if applicable.
Ensure the file is in the expected Drive or Workspace folder and you have permission to access it.
If a sync client provides an activity or errors screen, review it. Do not delete local files or overwrite conflict copies without backing them up first.
Contact support with your operating systems, application versions, affected folder and observed error. Never send login passwords or encryption keys.
